Stop the world

It looks to me like The Washington Post's decided it's time to start getting off the Bush bandwagon. If it makes people feel better to insist that the administration has demonstrated "courage in setting goals and steadfastness in sticking to them" before they concede that there's been "extraordinary recklessness and incompetence in execution," I suppose I'll have to let that stand. What we've actually seen is rule by an extraordinarily vicious and corrupt group of people who don't have any genuine concern for anything other than the perpetuation of their own grasp on power and the enrichment of their cronies.
